Orion ("we," "us," "our") operates the Orion Customer Revenue Intelligence platform accessible at inorionitrust.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our Service.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or full payment credentials on our servers.
User-Submitted Data
You may upload, enter, or import data into the Service including but not limited to: account names, contact information, revenue figures, renewal dates, opportunity details, notes, and any other business data ("Customer Data"). We do not own your Customer Data. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your Customer Data.
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This data is used solely for improving the Service and is not sold to third parties.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session, preferences, and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You own your data. Orion does not claim ownership of any Customer Data you submit, upload, or import into the Service. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit your Customer Data to any third party. We do not use your Customer Data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all Customer Data. We make no representations or warranties regarding the Customer Data you submit.
Customer Data is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase and its underlying providers. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and authentication controls, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Important: We do not guarantee the absolute security of your data. You acknowledge and accept that any data you transmit to or store within the Service is done at your own risk. Orion shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, data loss, corruption, or destruction of Customer Data, whether caused by system failures, cyberattacks, third-party actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We retain your Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete your Customer Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).
